Sancerre Les Anges Lots opens with a very clear and coolish bouquet of white and green crispy fruits. On the palate, this old vines Sancerre from chalky silt soils is lovely ,pure, tight and salty; it has an austerely firm and seriously mineral character. It is still very young, with red cassis and gooseberry aromas, but will be able to age over the next 3-5 years. This wine should be excellent with raw fish, oysters and different kind of white meats.
